Responsibilities:
- Record daily revenue
- Process invoices and accounts payable
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements
- Prepare financial reports and other information
- Assist with payroll administration
- Track expenses and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Maintain contact with vendors and clients
- Respond to internal requests and messages
- Run accounting software programs to process transactions
- Keep sensitive information confidential
Qualifications:
- Prior hotel accounting experience or other relatable role experience
- Hilton experience/QNQ preferred
- M3 experience preferred
