We are seeking a talented Casino Entertainment Coordinator to join our team and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of entertainment events within our casino. In this role, you will work closely with performers, vendors, and internal teams to create exciting and engaging entertainment experiences that delight our guests and enhance the overall casino atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute entertainment events and performances within the casino, including live music, comedy shows, special events, and promotions.
- Research and book talent, performers, and entertainment acts, negotiating contracts, fees, and terms to ensure quality and value within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with casino management, marketing, and operations teams to develop entertainment programming that aligns with casino objectives, themes, and target demographics.
- Coordinate logistics for entertainment events, including stage setup, sound and lighting equipment, seating arrangements, and guest accommodations, ensuring smooth and successful execution.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary equipment, services, and resources for entertainment events, negotiating pricing and contracts as needed.
- Create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to promote entertainment events, leveraging social media, email marketing, and other channels to drive attendance and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, attendance, and revenue metrics for entertainment events, and use data-driven insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, permitting, and regulatory requirements for entertainment events, including adherence to copyright laws, safety regulations, and venue policies.
- Provide support and assistance to performers, guests, and staff during entertainment events, addressing issues, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning, entertainment coordination, or talent booking, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of entertainment production, including talent management, technical requirements, and event logistics.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with performers, vendors, staff, and management.
- Creativity and innovation in developing and executing entertainment concepts, themes, and experiences that resonate with target audiences.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate entertainment events and casino operations.
- Personal integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting responsible entertainment practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience coordinating entertainment events in a casino or gaming environment.
- Knowledge of entertainment industry trends, talent agencies, and booking processes.
- Familiarity with technical requirements for live performances, including sound, lighting, and stage production.
- Personal interest or experience in gaming and entertainment culture.
