Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential VIP players through various channels, including player referrals, database analysis, and networking events, to expand the casino’s player base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value players and VIP guests, serving as their primary point of contact for casino inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Develop personalized player development plans for VIP guests, based on their preferences, interests, and gaming habits, to enhance their experience and drive loyalty and retention.
- Host VIP guests and entertainers, providing exceptional service and coordinating arrangements for accommodations, transportation, dining, entertainment, and other special requests.
- Coordinate VIP events, tournaments, and exclusive experiences, including private parties, luxury travel incentives, and high-stakes gaming opportunities, to reward and recognize VIP players for their patronage.
- Conduct player evaluations and performance reviews, analyzing player data and spending patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in player engagement and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with casino marketing and promotions teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives that appeal to VIP players and drive visitation and spending.
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends, staying informed about VIP player preferences, gaming trends, and market developments to inform player development strategies and initiatives.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to build relationships with industry partners, identify new business opportunities, and stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Maintain accurate records of player interactions, preferences, and transactions, documenting player feedback, requests, and concerns to inform future service enhancements and improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or gaming industry, with specific experience in player development, casino marketing, or VIP services preferred.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-value players and VIP guests, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and increase player loyalty and retention.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with VIP players, coworkers, and management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and database management systems, with the ability to input, retrieve, and analyze guest data and preferences to inform service delivery and marketing strategies.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, to accommodate casino operations and guest demand.
