Responsibilities:

2. Accurately input bets into the betting system, ensuring that wagers are processed promptly and correctly, and that guests receive accurate betting tickets and receipts.
3. Explain betting options, odds, and payout structures to guests, guiding them through the betting process and offering recommendations and insights as needed.
4. Monitor sports events and horse races in real-time, updating betting boards and odds displays, and providing timely information to guests about game scores, results, and race outcomes.
5. Handle cash transactions and reconcile betting vouchers, chips, and currency, maintaining accurate records of transactions and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures and internal controls.
6. Assist with the setup and breakdown of betting stations and displays, ensuring that betting terminals, screens, and signage are properly configured and maintained.
7. Collaborate with race and sportsbook supervisors and management to resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or disputes, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
8. Monitor betting limits and betting patterns, identifying and reporting any suspicious or irregular betting activity to race and sportsbook management or casino security.

Requirements:
