- Assist guests with the enrollment process, completing membership applications accurately, and entering member information into the Rewards Club database.
- Provide personalized service to Rewards Club members, including issuing player cards, updating account information, and answering inquiries about points, rewards, and promotions.
- Educate members about program features, such as point earning opportunities, tier benefits, special events, and exclusive offers, to enhance member engagement and loyalty.
- Process point redemptions, rewards requests, and comp offers for eligible members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Monitor member activity and spending patterns, identifying opportunities to recognize and reward loyal members and promote increased visitation and spending.
- Resolve member inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with casino marketing and promotions teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and events that drive enrollment, engagement, and retention of Rewards Club members.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and preferences, documenting member feedback, requests, and concerns to inform future service enhancements and improvements.
- Stay informed about changes to the Rewards Club program, gaming regulations, and industry trends, participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to enter and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
