Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the VIP services department, including VIP hosts, concierge services, and guest relations, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of personalized experiences for high-value guests.
  2. Develop and implement VIP services programs, policies, and standards to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and ensure alignment with casino objectives and brand standards.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, VIP guests, and casino partners through personalized interactions, special events, and tailored offers to foster loyalty and patronage.
  4. Coordinate VIP events, tournaments, and exclusive experiences, including private parties, luxury travel incentives, and high-stakes gaming opportunities, to reward and recognize VIP players for their patronage.
  5. Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback, conducting regular guest surveys, evaluations, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement service enhancements.
  6. Train and mentor VIP services staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure consistency, professionalism, and excellence in service delivery.
  7. Collaborate with casino marketing and promotions teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives that appeal to VIP players and drive visitation and spending.
  8. Maintain accurate records of VIP guest interactions, preferences, and transactions, documenting guest feedback, requests, and concerns to inform future service enhancements and improvements.
  9. Manage VIP services budgets, expenses, and revenue targets, monitoring departmental performance and financial metrics to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and guest preferences, participating in industry conferences, networking events, and training seminars to maintain expertise and knowledge in VIP services and casino operations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or related field; advanced degree or certification in hospitality management or VIP services is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or gaming industry, with specific experience in VIP services, player development, or casino marketing preferred.
  3. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-value players and VIP guests, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and increase guest loyalty and retention.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with VIP guests, coworkers, and management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, to accommodate VIP services operations and guest demand.
  8. Positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for VIP guests and fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
  9. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and VIP guest relationships.
  10. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications required for employment in the gaming industry, including gaming licenses and certifications related to VIP services and player development.
